روش استفاده Freelance rate calculator
The freelance rate calculator estimates the hourly rate needed to reach a desired annual income after covering overhead. It multiplies working weeks, hours per week and billable utilization to find annual billable hours, then divides income plus overhead by those hours. With the defaults, 1,104 billable hours give a required rate of about 63.41 per hour.
- Enter the requested values in the settings panel.
- Adjust the basic settings, then open Advanced mode for export and fine-tuning options. Custom settings stay active when the panel is closed.

پرسشهای متداول
What is billable utilization in the freelance rate calculator?
It is the percentage of your working hours you can actually bill to clients. The rest goes to admin, sales and other unpaid work. The default is 60%, and the field accepts values from 0.01 to 100.
Does the freelance rate calculator include taxes?
There is no separate tax field. The calculation uses only desired income, annual overhead and billable hours, so decide whether your income target is before or after tax and enter amounts on that basis.
How do I account for vacation in my freelance rate?
Lower the working weeks per year, which ranges from 1 to 53. The default of 46 weeks leaves six weeks for holidays, illness and other time off.
Where is my input processed?
This operation processes its source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source input is not saved in an account or history.
