## Overview (en)

The Stopwatch measures elapsed time in hours, minutes, seconds and hundredths, with Start, Pause and Reset controls. Press Lap to record up to 1,000 laps; each one shows its split time and running total, and the lap list can be exported as a CSV file with split and total seconds to three decimals. Reset clears the session.

### What is the difference between split and total time on a lap?

Total time is the elapsed time on the stopwatch when you pressed Lap. Split time is the time since the previous lap, or since the start for the first lap. Both are listed for every lap in seconds.

### Can I export stopwatch laps to a spreadsheet?

Yes. After recording at least one lap, use Export laps CSV to download stopwatch-laps.csv. It has columns for lap number, split seconds and total seconds, each to three decimal places, and opens in any spreadsheet app.

### Does the stopwatch keep running after I reload the page?

No. The stopwatch runs inside the current tab, and reloading or closing the page resets it and clears the laps. Export your laps first if you need to keep them.
