Task priority matrix places each task in one of four quadrants based on urgency and importance scores from 1 to 5. Enter lines like Release bug,5,5; scores of 3 or more count as high, giving Do, Schedule, Delegate / simplify or Reconsider. Up to 200 tasks produce a printable table you can download as HTML and print or save as PDF.

### How does the task priority matrix assign quadrants?

Urgency and importance of 3 or more count as high. High urgency and high importance is Do, important but not urgent is Schedule, urgent but not important is Delegate / simplify, and neither is Reconsider.

### What format should I use to enter tasks?

Write one task per line as name, urgency, importance separated by commas, for example Write guide,2,4. Scores must be between 1 and 5. Avoid commas inside the task name, because the text after the first comma is read as the urgency score.

### Does the priority matrix sort tasks by quadrant?

No. Tasks appear in the order you entered them, each labeled with its quadrant and scores. To group them, list your tasks in the order you want before generating the table.
