CSS beautifier formats a stylesheet so each rule and declaration sits on its own line with consistent indentation from 1 to 8 spaces. It adds missing semicolons, puts a space after colons and lowercases hex colors. Comments and nested rules are kept. Unparseable CSS returns an error rather than partially formatted output.

Paste the compressed stylesheet and run the tool. Each selector block is expanded so every declaration is on its own line, indented by the number of spaces you set, from 1 to 8.

### Does the CSS beautifier keep my comments?

Yes. Comments are kept in the formatted output, and nested rules stay nested. Hex color values are written in lowercase, so #17243A becomes #17243a.
