How do I open a CSV file as a table?

Paste the CSV text, choose its delimiter, and indicate whether the first row contains column names. The rows appear in a table; without a header, columns are labeled Column 1, Column 2 and so on.

Can I export edited CSV data as JSON?

Yes. The tool offers both edited.csv and data.json downloads. The JSON keeps each cell value literally as an array of rows.

Why are some exported CSV cells prefixed with an apostrophe?

The CSV export escapes cells that start with common spreadsheet formula characters to reduce formula injection. The JSON export is not altered this way.
