How to use Sign PDF visually

Sign PDF visually places a typed signature or a signature image on one page of a PDF. Typed text uses a font size from 8 to 100, and a PNG or JPEG image is scaled to the width you set while keeping its proportions. You position it with left and bottom coordinates in points. It is not a cryptographic digital signature.

  1. Choose a source file. If the tool accepts multiple files, arrange them in the order you want.
  2. Adjust the basic settings, then open Advanced mode for export and fine-tuning options. Custom settings stay active when the panel is closed.
  3. Run sign pdf visually, review the output, then use the available copy or download controls.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add my handwritten signature image to a PDF?

Choose the PDF first, then add a PNG or JPEG of your signature as a second file. Set the page, the left and bottom position in points and the image width, which defaults to 180 points.

Is this a legally binding digital signature?

This tool adds a visual mark only. It does not create a cryptographic certificate or prove identity, so it is not the same as a certificate-based digital signature. Check what the recipient requires.

How do I find the right position for my signature?

Coordinates are measured in points from the bottom-left corner of the page. Left 50 and bottom 50 is the default; raise the bottom value to move the signature up, then check the downloaded signed.pdf and adjust if needed.

Where is my input processed?

This operation processes its source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source input is not saved in an account or history.

What are the input limits?

PDF input is bounded to 20 MB per file. Page rendering is capped at 200 selected pages; page-edit output is bounded to 500 pages.
