How to use Reorder PDF pages

Reorder PDF pages lets you put the pages of a PDF in a new order and download the result. You can drag page thumbnails, move pages with the Earlier and Later buttons, which also work from the keyboard, or type the order as comma-separated page numbers such as 3,1,2.

  1. Choose a PDF.
  2. Drag a thumbnail, or use Earlier and Later. Those buttons work from the keyboard.
  3. Run reorder pdf pages, review the output, then use the available copy or download controls.

Frequently asked questions

How do I move a page to a different position in a PDF?

Drag its thumbnail to the new spot, or select it and use the Earlier and Later buttons. When the order looks right, run the tool and download pages.pdf with the pages in their new sequence.

Can I type the new page order instead of dragging?

Yes. Enter page numbers separated by commas, for example 4,1,2,3. Only the pages you list are included in that order, so leaving a page out removes it, and leaving the field blank keeps the original order.

Can I reorder PDF pages without a mouse?

Yes. The Earlier and Later buttons are reachable from the keyboard, so you can tab to a page's controls and move it one position at a time without dragging.

Where is my input processed?

This operation processes its source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source input is not saved in an account or history.

What are the input limits?

PDF input is bounded to 20 MB per file. Page rendering is capped at 200 selected pages; page-edit output is bounded to 500 pages.
