How do I beautify minified CSS?

Does the CSS beautifier keep my comments?
Yes. Comments are kept in the formatted output, and nested rules stay nested. Hex color values are written in lowercase, so #17243A becomes #17243a.
Can this tool minify CSS?
This tool formats CSS for readability; it does not produce minified output. Its only setting is the indent size, which accepts 1 to 8 spaces.
