The QR code generator turns a URL or any text into a static QR code you can download as PNG and SVG. Set the image size from 128 to 2048 pixels, pick error correction level L, M, Q or H, change the foreground and background colors, and widen the quiet-zone margin from 4 to 16 modules.

Do these QR codes expire or track scans?
No. The code stores your text or URL directly, with no redirect service in between, so there is no expiration date and no scan tracking. If the destination URL changes later, you need to generate and print a new code.
How much text can a QR code hold?
The payload can be at most 2,000 UTF-8 bytes; longer input returns an error. Accented letters and non-Latin scripts take more than one byte per character, so the practical character count is lower for those languages.
Can I change the QR code colors?
Yes. Foreground and background each have a color picker, defaulting to dark navy on white. Keep strong contrast between the two, and test the exported PNG or SVG with a separate device before printing or sharing it.
Where is my input processed?
This operation processes its source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source input is not saved in an account or history.
