How to use Meeting time planner
The Meeting time planner takes one meeting time in a source IANA time zone and lists the matching local date, time and UTC offset in up to 20 zones. Each row is marked within or outside working hours, using a working day you set (9 to 17 by default) and, unless you include weekends, Monday to Friday only.
- Adjust the values; an initial result is calculated from the defaults.
- Change the basic settings or open Advanced mode to fine-tune the result.
- Review and copy or download your result. Pause Live results to run manually. Sources or individual settings above 20,000 characters require an explicit run.

Frequently asked questions
How do I find a meeting time that works for New York, London and Tokyo?
Enter a candidate time and its source zone, then list America/New_York, Europe/London and Asia/Tokyo in the additional zones box, one per line. Each row shows the local time and whether it falls within working hours, so you can adjust and compare.
How are working hours checked?
A zone is marked within working hours when its local hour is at or after the start hour and before the end hour, and the day is Monday to Friday. Start can be 0 to 23 and end 1 to 24; turn on the weekend option to count Saturday and Sunday.
How many time zones can I compare at once?
Up to 20 zones in total, counting the source and destination zones plus the additional list. Duplicate zone names are shown only once. Offsets include daylight saving for the chosen instant.
Where is my input processed?
This operation processes its source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source input is not saved in an account or history.
What are the input limits?
Use finite numbers, valid dates and the ranges shown by each control. Invalid values produce an error without a downloadable result.
