Slik bruker du Invoice field extractor
Invoice field extractor reads an invoice image with OCR and suggests key fields as JSON for you to review. It looks for an invoice number, the first numeric date, a line containing total, amount due or balance due, and every amount with two decimals. The full recognized text is included, and undetected fields are left as null.

Vanlige spørsmål
Which fields does the invoice extractor find?
It returns an identifier taken after words like invoice no. or invoice #, a numeric date such as 2026-10-03, the line containing total, amount due or balance due, a list of amount candidates and the full recognized text.
Why is the invoice number or date null in the result?
A null field means its pattern was not found in the recognized text. Dates must be numeric, such as 03/10/2026, so written-out months are not detected. Check the recognized text and fill in missing values yourself.
Can I trust the invoice amounts without checking?
No. Every result includes reviewRequired set to true because OCR and pattern matching can misread digits or pick the wrong amount. Compare each amount and date against the original invoice before using them.
Where is my input processed?
OCR runs in this browser. The initial language-model download contacts a public CDN; the source image is not uploaded there.
What are the input limits?
Browser file and text limits apply, along with the bounds shown in Settings. Image processing is capped at 32 megapixels. OCR quality depends on source resolution and layout.
