Kif tuża Speech silence remover
The speech silence remover cuts silent stretches from a recording and exports the tightened audio as a mono 16 kHz WAV. Audio quieter than -40 dB counts as silence; leading silence and internal pauses of at least 0.5 seconds are cut. Padding from 0 to 1000 milliseconds, 150 by default, keeps some quiet around each cut so speech does not sound clipped.

How much silence does the silence remover keep?
The Silence cut padding setting controls how much quiet audio is kept at each cut, from 0 to 1000 milliseconds. The default is 150 ms. Higher padding sounds more natural; zero removes pauses as tightly as the filter allows.
Will it remove short pauses between words?
Internal silences shorter than 0.5 seconds are left alone, so normal gaps between words and short breaths stay. Only longer quiet passages below -40 dB are cut.
Can the silence remover process a full podcast episode?
It processes from the start of the file for up to 120 seconds, set by Maximum seconds with a default of 30. Longer recordings need to be split, and each upload can be up to 50 MB.
Where is my input processed?
Processes source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source is not saved to account history.
