Kif tuża JSON to YAML
JSON to YAML turns a strict JSON value into YAML text using block-style mappings and dash-prefixed list items. Objects, arrays, strings, numbers, booleans and null are all carried over. The input is checked as JSON first, so syntax errors are reported with a line and column, and the result can be copied or downloaded as a file.

How do I convert JSON to YAML?
Paste valid JSON into the input and run the tool. Objects become key: value mappings, arrays become lists with a leading dash, and nested structures are indented in the YAML output.
Does JSON to YAML accept JSON with comments?
No. The input must be strict JSON, so comments, trailing commas and single quotes are reported as parsing errors before any YAML is produced.
Can JSON to YAML keep very large integer IDs?
Integers beyond the exact safe range of 9,007,199,254,740,991 are rejected rather than rounded. Put such IDs in quotes in the JSON so they convert as strings.
Where is my input processed?
This operation processes its source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source input is not saved in an account or history.
What are the input limits?
Text operations generally accept up to 2,000,000 characters. Individual parsers, generators and formulas apply additional limits shown by their controls.
