Compound interest calculator ಬಳಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ
The Compound interest calculator takes an initial balance, annual rate, number of years, compounding frequency and a regular contribution, and returns the ending balance, total contributed and interest earned. The nominal annual rate is divided by 1 to 365 compounds per year, and each contribution is added at the end of a period. Results use simplified assumptions and exclude taxes and fees.
- Adjust the values; an initial result is calculated from the defaults.
- Change the basic settings or open Advanced mode to fine-tune the result.
- Review and copy or download your result. Pause Live results to run manually. Sources or individual settings above 20,000 characters require an explicit run.
ಈ ಸಾಧನದ ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟ್ಯಗಳು
Separates money you contribute from interest earned. Contributions are deposited at the end of each compounding period. The annual rate is divided by the number of compounds per year.

ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಕೇಳುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು
How is compound interest calculated?
With rate r, n compounds per year and t years, growth is (1 + r/n)^(n × t). The ending balance is principal × growth plus contribution × (growth − 1) / (r/n). With a 0% rate, the balance is the principal plus every contribution.
When are regular contributions added?
Each contribution is deposited at the end of a compounding period, so it earns interest only in later periods. The number of contributions equals compounds per year times years, so monthly compounding over 10 years means 120 contributions.
Is the annual rate an effective annual rate or APY?
No. The rate you enter is treated as a nominal annual rate and divided by the compounds per year. Entering 5% with 12 compounds uses 5/12% per month, which produces a slightly higher effective yield than 5%.
Where is my input processed?
This operation processes its source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source input is not saved in an account or history.
What are the input limits?
Use finite numbers, valid dates and the ranges shown by each control. Invalid values produce an error without a downloadable result.
