როგორ გამოვიყენოთ Time zone converter

The Time zone converter takes a local date and time in one IANA time zone, such as America/Bogota, and shows the same instant in another zone with its date, time and UTC offset. Offsets are worked out for the chosen date, including daylight saving. Times that fall in a daylight-saving gap or occur twice are rejected rather than guessed.

  1. Adjust the values; an initial result is calculated from the defaults.
  2. Change the basic settings or open Advanced mode to fine-tune the result.
  3. Review and copy or download your result. Pause Live results to run manually. Sources or individual settings above 20,000 characters require an explicit run.

რას უჭერს მხარს ეს ხელსაწყო

Uses IANA zone rules for the selected date. Daylight-saving gaps and ambiguous times are rejected instead of silently choosing an offset.

Use finite numbers, valid dates and the ranges shown by each control. Invalid values produce an error without a downloadable result.

ხშირად დასმული კითხვები

What time zone names can I use?

The converter uses IANA zone identifiers in Region/City form, such as Europe/Paris, Asia/Tokyo or America/New_York. If a name is not recognized, the tool reports it as an unknown IANA zone, so check spelling and capitalization.

Does the time zone converter handle daylight saving time?

Yes. The UTC offset is calculated for the exact date and time you enter, using IANA rules, so a conversion in summer and one in winter can differ by an hour. The offset is shown in the result table.

Why is my time rejected during a daylight saving change?

When clocks spring forward, some local times never happen, and when they fall back, some happen twice. Instead of picking one silently, the converter rejects these times and asks you to choose a different time.

Where is my input processed?

This operation processes its source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source input is not saved in an account or history.

What are the input limits?

Use finite numbers, valid dates and the ranges shown by each control. Invalid values produce an error without a downloadable result.
