Cómo usar Generador de facturas

The invoice generator turns your business name, client, invoice number, date, currency label, tax rate and line items into an invoice preview and a downloadable HTML file you can print to PDF. Each item line uses description, quantity and unit price separated by commas, and the tool calculates line totals, subtotal, tax and grand total to two decimals.

How do I enter line items on the invoice?

Put one item per line as description,quantity,unit price, for example Design,2,100. Quantity must be positive and price cannot be negative. Avoid commas inside the description, because the comma separates the columns.

How do I save the invoice as a PDF?

Download the HTML file, open it in your browser and use Print, then Save as PDF. The page includes a print style that removes the outer margin so the invoice fills the sheet.

How is tax calculated on the invoice?

A single tax percentage from 0 to 100 is applied to the subtotal of all line items. The invoice shows the subtotal, the tax amount and the total including tax. Check your local invoice and tax requirements before issuing it.
