So verwendest du E-Mail-Extraktor

Extract Emails from Text finds every email-like address in pasted text, such as a document, spreadsheet export or copied web page, and lists them one per line. Duplicate addresses are removed by default, and you can sort the list alphabetically. Matching checks only the address format; it does not confirm that an address exists or receives mail.

Does the email extractor remove duplicates with different capitalization?

Duplicates are removed only when they match exactly, so Alex@example.com and alex@example.com are both kept. Turn off Remove duplicate addresses in Advanced mode if you want every occurrence listed.

Can I extract email addresses from HTML or CSV text?

Yes, as long as the addresses appear in the pasted text. The pattern looks for a local part, an @ sign and a dotted domain anywhere in the input, regardless of surrounding commas, tags or quotes.

Does the extractor check that email addresses are valid?

No. It checks only that each match looks like an address, with a domain containing at least one dot. It does not verify ownership or deliverability, and no email is sent.

Welche Eingabelimits gelten?
