Add PDF page numbers stamps a number near the bottom of each selected page and saves a new PDF. Choose the starting number, font size from 6 to 72, and a bottom-center, bottom-right or bottom-left position. A first-page preview updates before you run, and numbering continues upward from the starting value across the selected pages.

How do I start PDF page numbering at a number other than 1?
Set the starting number to any value from 0 to 10000. The first selected page gets that number and each following selected page adds one, which helps when the document continues from another file.
Can I skip numbering the cover page?
Yes. Enter the pages to number, for example 2-12, so the cover is left blank. Numbering counts only the selected pages, so set the starting number to 2 if page 2 should show 2.
Where on the page are the numbers placed?
Numbers sit 20 points above the bottom edge, in a gray Noto Sans font. Bottom-center centers them, while bottom-left and bottom-right keep them 25 points in from the side edge.
