How do I print a PDF as a folded booklet?
Create the booklet PDF, then print it double-sided in landscape with the short-edge flip setting. Fold the printed stack in the middle. Print one test sheet first to confirm your printer flips pages correctly.
Why does my booklet have blank pages at the end?
Each folded sheet holds four pages, so the page count is rounded up to a multiple of 4. A 10-page document gets two blank padding pages to make 12.
Which sheet sizes can the booklet use?
Choose A4 landscape or Letter landscape. Each original page is scaled to fit half of the sheet and centered in that half, so pages of mixed sizes still fit.
