How to use Weekly planner maker

Each cell has a blank line to write on, and text you enter, such as weekly priorities, appears in a Notes section below the grid. Download it as HTML to print.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start the weekly planner on Sunday?

Yes. The planner begins on whatever date you set as Week starting date and covers the next seven days, with each column headed by its full date. Pick a Sunday to get a Sunday-to-Saturday layout.

How do I set the hours shown on the weekly planner?

Use First hour (0 to 23) and Last hour (1 to 24). Rows run from the first hour up to but not including the last, so 8 and 18 give ten rows from 8:00 to 17:00. Last hour must be greater than first hour.

Are my notes placed into specific days of the planner?

No. Text you enter, such as Monday: Planning, is placed as written in the Notes section below the grid, keeping line breaks. The hourly cells stay blank so you can write appointments by hand.

Where is my input processed?

This operation processes its source in your browser. Copy and download are explicit actions; source input is not saved in an account or history.
